GENERAL
General Meeting #1 (+1 Meeting Point):

Fall 2025 Involvement Fair:
Date: Wednesday, September 3, 2025
Where: Campus Center Ballroom (3rd Floor)
Time: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Info: Come and meet various community-led organizations at the Involvement Fair! We hope to see you guys there!!
2025 HWEA Collection System Conference:
Date: November 4-5, 2025
Where: Koʻolau Ballrooms Conference Center in Kaneʻohe, Hawaiʻi

Club Dues: To qualify for the PSWS Conference, club dues must be paid for both the first and second semesters. It is $25 per semester or $40 per school year. FREE FOR FRESHMEN!
Payment Options:
• Pay in person at the General Meeting #1
• Schedule a drop-off with David Uyeda by emailing davidpu@hawaii.edu
Payment Methods:
• Cash: Must be placed in an envelope or paper with your full name
• Check: Make payable to “ASCE Student Chapter”
Shirt Orders: If you are interested in ordering last year’s shirt, please contact davidpu@hawaii.edu. Shirts will be sold for $12 each. There are short and long-sleeve dri-fit shirts available for sale. There are limited sizes available, and orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you are interested in purchasing a shirt, please contact us ASAP!

PBX Expo (+1 Event Point)

Description: Sign up to help at the PBX Expo, where 200 booths from the design and construction industries will be showcasing their companies! Also get to network, get a free expo shirt (and food/snacks), and learn from professional seminars 😀
Ka Papa Lo’i O Kanewai Cleanup (+1 Event Point)

OUTREACH
College of Engineering Fall Career Expo (+1 Event Point):

Description: We will be volunteering in the career expo as check-in people for both the students and companies. You will also have the opportunity to talk to the companies throughout your shift if you are not needed. Stay tuned for the sign-up form
Mililani High School Outreach (+1 Event Point):
Date: Monday, September 29, 9 am – 1 pm
Where: Mililani High School

Description: We will present to the high school students about engineering, more specifically civil engineering, and do a quick han. There will be a total of 3 classes from grades 9th – 12th. This will be a way for students to learn more about engineering and think about what career they want to pursue.

STEEL BRIDGE
Steel Bridge Practice
Date: Mondays and Wednesdays (starting Monday, 9/15/25)
Where: Holmes Hall 101, Structures Lab
Time: 6:30-8:00ish (hopefully)
Info: If you are interested in coming out to steel bridge practices, please fill out the lab form. Please select “participant” for your role, and “no” under ladder use. This form is required for every person coming to steel bridge practices. Please email proof of completion to ksoe@hawaii.edu.
