UH Mānoa Chi Epsilon Wins 2025 Pacific District Conference Cup

The University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa chapter of Chi Epsilon captured first place overall at the 2025 Pacific District Conference, winning the PDC Cup and the honor of adding a new “UHM” lock to the chain of past champions. This marks UH Mānoa’s first PDC Cup since 2018!

Conference Focus
Across three days, students engaged in caucuses and professional development aimed at chapter operations, scholarship, and character. Sessions such as Team Roles and the Presidents’ Meeting provided actionable strategies to strengthen chapter governance and member engagement.

PDC Cup Components & Results

• Chapter Report: Presented by Ashlyn Uehara, Dawn Nakamaru, and Schyler Pascual, highlighting strengths, growth areas, and the chapter’s community presence and sociability.
• Basketball Tournament: 4th place (team: Jordin, Kevin, Anthony, Bryson, Evan, Renzo, Schyler).
• Engineering & Chi Epsilon History Quiz: 3rd place in a 20-question Kahoot.
• Scavenger Hunt: Near-complete checklist across CPP and Pomona.
• Talent Show: 1st place with an a cappella performance of the Pitch Perfect “Cup Song” (Ashlyn, Zoe, Kevin, Czarina, Dawn, Anthony).

These results combined to secure 1st place overall for UH Mānoa. Congratulations!
