Matthew Odo, a 2004 graduate of Pearl City High School, was selected as the Actus Lend Lease Outstanding CEE Scholar in August 2004. He is a freshman in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. This scholarship, which offers tuition and a stipend of $2,000 per semester for up to 4 years, is the Department’s most highly competitive undergraduate scholarship.
